Ashley Deck

Ashley Deck, office manager, handles all of the human resources, accounting and provides administrative assistance on the overall day to day needs of the MDMi internal office team. She has worked previously as an Office Manager for a custom home builder and staffing agency before joining MDMi in Fall of 2021.

Ashley was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from Ohio University in 2009 with a B.S in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys spending time with her three young children, husband, and two dogs; playing and watching sports (GO Buckeyes & Bluejackets!); and reading. She also loves spending time in the kitchen baking with her children, and cooking meals with her husband Scott who’s a Chef.

Ashley looks forward to working with the entire MDMi team to help the office running smoothly and efficiently, and helping the company grow in the years to come.
